Background
SCIOS Scope 12 is the new inspection standard for PV-installations. It was developed in 2020 at the initiative of Verbond van Verzekeraars, Holland Solar and inspection companies within the branche. The goal of Scope 12 is to assess if the PV-installation is in line with the applicable safety norms. The assessment entails the full installation; from the panels through the connection to the grid.
